Francesca has been golden in our renovation!

I felt with the rising costs of our build & materials that I was simply not going to be able to afford a designer anymore. I am so glad I got in touch with Francesca for our project because she made me realise that you can do renovations AND have a designer even with a smaller budget. She has different options available for all affordability which is rare and amazing! I could never have imagined some excellent layouts she came up with and she’s given me plans, advice and confidence with styling too. Francesca has helped with our extension living/dining, kitchen, two bathrooms and a utility room. I love that even after the build, I can pop her a text to ask her opinion on styling choices and she’s readily available and happy to help. We were extremely pleased with the work that Francesca did for us on the interior design for our downstairs area project.

She went above and beyond to inspire us with ideas and help visualise the final product. There was a very detailed and thorough planning stage that allowed us to work together to decide what we wanted.

She was always on hand to give advice when we needed it throughout the project and continued to find items of detail and improvements that we didn’t even think of which really made a big difference at the end.

Her passion for the hard work she put in really made the entire process enjoyable and we feel like we have learnt a lot from her guidance.

I was a bit sceptical at first about engaging with an interior designer but I did need some ideas to make the room as good as possible. I was even more reluctant to go with an e-design service because I didn’t really think that it would be possible to convey my messages and to understand what it was that they could offer. However I’m so glad that I did (as I saved a lot of money, stress and time) and the end result was absolutely fantastic.
Chess was brilliant throughout and she made the process really simple and very straightforward.
The communication was clear, concise and refreshing to have someone providing new perspective and great ideas.

There were some points which I didn’t agree with and Chess didn’t push at them and made me very comfortable. I felt like I was in control and had the freedom to make the decisions that I wanted. Chess is full of creative ideas that were really helpful and she did give me innovative new ideas that I hadn’t thought of before.

I was completely fed up with my downstairs living space. Despite trawling pintrest & similar I just could not pull together a look I liked. I saw Francesca Harris on Instagram & decided to use a professional. Finally I have a living space that looks great & flows! She reworked some of my larger furniture I was not yet ready to replace & helped me source other pieces to re-work my mismatched space. She also bought in colour & texture.
