Boiler Service
Annual gas boiler services carried out. Involves checking the safe and correct operation of your boiler. Consisting of checking the boiler is receiving the right gas pressures, as well as testing the products of combustion to ensure healthy and efficient operation. Magnetic filters will be checked and cleaned of debris, along with cleaning of any condense traps (if applicable).
Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (LLGSC)
A landlord’s gas safety certificate will ensure that your property is safe for inhabiting. It will consist of testing the soundness/tightness of the gas pipework, as well testing any appliances (boilers, fires, hobs, cookers etc). This check will also test and check for Carbon Monoxide alarms, Smoke Alarms and check for correct Earth Continuity Bonding on the gas pipework.
Central Heating Breakdown
If your boiler or central heating issue is not operating correctly, we can come and identify the issues by testing the components. We are highly competent in component testing by measuring voltages and ohms readings to determine if any parts are faulty. We will always try to fix the issue on the same day, though most spare parts are available to us next day.
Boiler/Central Heating Installation
We can carry out boiler replacements, as well as full central heating installations. Though our competitive prices, our quality of work is of the very highest standard. Always complying to the correct regulations you can be sure to be left with an installation to stand the test of time.
Gas Cooker/Hob Installation
We are qualified to install gas cookers and hobs. So if you are looking to upgrade your kitchen appliances we will be happy to help!
Unvented Cylinders
We are G3 Unvented/Sealed Systems qualified so we are allowed to install, service and repair unvented installations.
