How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
All clients will engage in a free consultation session so that we can discuss 1-1 all your fitness goals. More importantly your medical history, pass and present fitness levels, short, medium and long term goals, your likes and dislikes regarding fitness and nutrition. After this I can then make perfectly tailored sessions for you in order for you to achieve your fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Determination, discipline, working harder and smarter, but most importantly you need to really want it.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people is the number one thing I love about my job, especially in fitness. I absolutely love it when my clients start to love working out, and they slowly start to see the changes/improvements they make.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My dad did. He started his own business after he had a bad experience working for someone. He has tried so hard and has thrived to make his own business and it work, I am so grateful that he made that choice. It wasn't easy, but he managed to make it work and he has no instilled that into me and my bro to create our own business and hopefully one day they will grow into empires.
Why should our clients choose you?
It sounds harsh, but I actually care about my clients whereas some PTs may only care about the money. I won't just take your money and make you do things that you don't want to do, or don't enjoy. Thats why I discuss everything with my clients before planing sessions. Your safety and happiness is my main priority. So anything that your don't like or find hard I encourage you to tell me so we can make it as safe and enjoyable as possible. This is a journey for you and it is supposed to be an enjoyable one, I'm here to make it so that you will achieve your goals and with a smile on your face.
1-2-1 Training sessions
Training sessions that take place on a 1-2-1 bases.
1-2-2
Training session that take place on a 1-2-2 bases, this could be with a partner or friend
30 min boxin session
30 minutes of pure boxing and cardio based activity, good for a quick little session before work.
30 min HIIT session
30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, good for either before or after work or maybe when you don't have enough time for a full work out. This is done in a circuit with high work times and low rest times.
Small group training sessions 4-8 people
This is for people who prefer to workout with a small group of people, this encourages motivation within the group for all members, but the session can also be a way of meeting new people and having a little laugh.
