Seeing my clients becoming successful and less stressed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The positive results from my first "unofficial" coaching sessions with colleagues in my workplace. This led to training with The Coaching Academy in 2009-2010. I then founded Forward Coaching.

I spent 50 years in the knowledge and information industries, both in academic and third-sector environments. I have the background as well as the proven skills to lead clients into complete job satisfaction. My qualifications are B.Soc.Sc; M.Phil; FCLIP, DipKM (Distinction); Dip.Coaching.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I coach via Zoom, and will do so as long as the pandemic lasts.
Career Coaching
After a preliminary chat on Zoom, the client and coach sign a contract which guarantees confidentiality, and sets out he number of sessions required (though this is flexible in practice). The client pays a fee before each session takes place. Firstly the client talks through her or his current situation. This leads to the formation of aspirations for personal development as well as for career development. Then Major Goals are set. These are broken down into Actions which the client completes over the course of sessions. This pattern systematically moves the client quickly into a strong position in the career marketplace.
