To me, Errol has the perfect mix for a personal trainer. He knows when to push you harder, he creates the ideal program for you and, sometimes, he can even be funny! I enjoy my time with him and always leave feeling exhausted but invigorated. i know there is a huge choice out there for trainers but, to me, there is only one :) More...

Being not very active I needed to get in shape for my wedding. With a lot of positive encouragement and his energetic way to get you motivated, I was doing those burpees and jump squats in no time. Errol has been one of the most thoughtful, supportive and fun persons I've ever trained with. I started training with Errol nearly 4 years ago wanting to learn calisthenics. He believed more in me than I initially did, and worked me harder than anyone else ever has. Through meticulous drilling and muscle activation exercises starting from the gym floor to online sessions during the pandemic, I found body strength I had never tapped into before, and reignited passion for both my well-being and trying out the unknown.I didn't just get a trainer, a got a lifelong friend who laughed, challenged and even worked out with me.

One of Errol's core strengths is ensuring the foundation is built first with all the emphasis on technique in order to progressively improve and do it properly (quality over quantity). He has compassion for what is going on in your life and adapts the training, and even rest, to ensure you can reach your goals and change your habits. He will show up anywhere and any time for you, and be the loudest and proudest cheerleader you've ever had.
Errol is by far, THE BEST investment I ever made in my life.

I’ve been training Calisthenics with Errol for about 3 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. What started out as a simple goal of wanting to learn how to do a Muscle up, escalated to learning and achieving more techniques I thought I would never be able to do.

Training with Errol is great fun and challenging. He is very passionate about fitness and likes to make you work hard so you can achieve your goals, if things get tough he will always support and motivate you through it. He has a great attention to details, as he can see what your weaknesses are from observing how you perform with certain exercises and know what set of exercises to give you in order to strengthen the muscles required to perform such moves. Because of his attention to details my overall strength and fitness has improved.

I’m very grateful to call Errol my friend and for pushing me to do things I didn’t think I could do! It’s been a long journey and long may it continue.

There is no client that I train the same way. I put time in getting to know my clients and understanding their fitness goals, and work with them together on a customised training and nutrition plan. I will coach them, support them and hold them accountable with weekly and monthly check-ins.

Having me as your personal trainer! Everybody can get the body of their dreams with the right training, knowing how to eat right and doing so consistently. This will be a journey and not a quick fix. As long as you are prepared to commit and go for it, I will get you there.

I am a certified personal trainer and specialised in 1:1, couple & group sessions. I offer a range of packages and fitness plans that will be adapted to your personal fitness and health goals. I have expertise in body transformation, calisthenics, HiiT, strength & conditioning and fat loss training plans.

Training sessions can be held anywhere, including your home, office, local gym, park, garden or you can choose to train at my gym in East Dulwich.

I am a qualified Diet & Nutrition coach and offer a wide variety of customised meal plans, nutrition & diet support with my training packages to help you reach your goals.
