We recently moved into a do-er upper and our architect Ian has been such a pleasure to work with. With regards to designs, Ian was flexible in his approach and managed our expectations with regards to timelines throughout the process.
He completed in person and online meetings and provided updates of plans in a timely manner, in a comprehensive pack that documented each revision. We were able to work collaboratively to ensure a perfect combination of functional spaces with our aesthetic preferences considered at each stage.
Form. acted on our behalf to submit and liaise with the local council regarding our planning application, making the project as seamless as possible. During the process we needed to consult a number of other professionals - ecologists, builders, structural engineers and we were always provided with options that had been researched and we were then able to make informed choices as to how to proceed.
