I've been a trainer in the fitness industry for 4 years and have lots of experience in helping people lose weight, build muscle and develop strong bodies and minds. It's not all about making you sweat but, also learning how to organise your environment and form a positive mindset.
I believe that personal training should be that...personal. That means the exercises, habits, nutrition and program advice will be carefully designed to meet you wherever you are on your journey. No one size fits all coaching here.
Coaching starts with a consultation to learn about your goals and challenges. We can then decided if personal training is the right option for you. Next, we would complete an in-depth assessment made up of questionnaires, body measurements and kinetic chain movement screens. Finally, we would design a program that fits your needs and provide you with the tools and strategies necessary to reach your goals.
Coaching is delivered either in person or online depending on your requirements. If you live in the Greater Manchester area, you can also take advantage of in the gym coaching, mobile training, and semi-private /group training.
