How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
All of my clients start with the stabilisation phase where we focus on developing strong movement patterns and stabilisation within the joints. This phase provides the foundation for the other phases that follow. Depending on the goals of the client we then transition over to either an endurance, hypertrophy, strength or power phase where we work on developing the body by applying a strategic stimulus on the body. We also work on developing individual habits and actions in each session ensuring you continually progress and see results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Developing your dream body is not rocket science, but it's also not easy. Being successful takes a level of self-awareness, discipline, patience and consistency. By following the strategies and exercises laid out in your personalised program you will see amazing results. All you have to do is commit to putting in the work that's required.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my clients develop over time, overcome challenges and develop strong bodies and minds give me a sense of pride and It puts a big smile on my face.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to work with people who are interested in pushing themselves to achieve amazing things. I have always been an ambitious person and I want to have a big impact on peoples lives. Personal Training gives me the outlet to do that and have some fun whilst I'm at it.
