Oh my goodness, where to start! I had been suffering for weeks with a really sore neck and shoulders and this morning after another terrible nights sleep, I decided enough was enough. I googled sport masseuses locally and after doing some research decided to go to Forget Me Knot and I’m SO glad I did. amazing would never go anywhere else I trapped nerves in my left arm rotating into my shoulder I was in AE twice with the pain I couldn't cope and I've got a good pain tolerance michael was highly recommended through some of my work colleagues including Dr's so I went and wow what a difference

I have just been for the cupping session on my lower back, I suffer with horrendous back pains. Although I was nervous because it looks very painful anything was worth a try to help with my pain,Michael put me at ease and talked me through it all and asked me throughout if I was ok. It didn’t hurt one bit and felt the relief instantly and I have no pain at all this will be a regular treat for me. Following on from the pandemic I was reassured very quickly with a temperature check and obs before I entered. Masks worn everything clean and sterile. Very professional and worked wonders for my back and shoulders. Walked in feeling tense and sore, came out with a new back and feeling relaxed for the first time in a while.
