Thank you so much to the team from Forester Tree Care. From enquiry through to completion they were polite, professional and reliable. They were extremely knowledgeable giving us peace of mind that our large old tree was in good hands. We are already planning to get them back for a second job and would highly recommend them. Tree Surgery & Removal

Excellent service from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. They called me and arranged to come around the next day and quoted me - which was very competitive then did the job (removal of stump and roots in front garden from dead tree). They left no mess and were so knowledgable, kind, caring and professional . I would definitely recommend them and use them again. A five star rating all the way. More...

I discovered Forester Tree Care on my NextDoor website. They came to my house as agreed to check out my ‘overgrown’ conifers and quote me to cut back and shape them. I was happy with the quote and two guys arrived promptly today and did a great job. Very polite; cleaned up afterwards and I’m pleased to say I’ve found my gardeners for the future! We’ve discussed more work and they are planning a return visit soon to share some ideas for my back garden. Thanks again to Melan and Werner. Olive More...

Pruning of trees to modify their form at maturity, either to avoid future structural defects or to create a desired cultivated tree form

The removal of the bulk of the crown to leave only the stem or a reduced crown consistent with only major limbs. Pollarding is used for damaged trees, to reduce long lateral growth of the root structure or in some cases, reduce the uptake of water.

Planting

A form of pruning in which the extent of the crown is decreased by a certain percentage without (primarily) decreasing its density. This operation is undertaken to reduce loading or general size, balance the crown or to mitigate a nuisance.

The removal of the entire tree either by section dismantling the tree or by straight felling the tree from the base.

The removal of the stump and/or the lateral roots with a manned machine that chips away the wood of a stump or roots, reducing it to below ground level.

The removal of dead, dying or diseased wood, broken or hanging branches and stubs left from previous tree surgery operations.

The trimming, shaping and tidying of a hedge, also reducing the height or -length and in some cases the removal of the hedge

An operation undertaken in which individual branches are removed from the crown to reduce its density by a certain percentage without reducing its extent
