After calling Forest heating and explaining our problem, they were there the next day to establish what the problem was. They identified the issue and explained in language we could understand what was required to resolve it and also what the cost would be. Stuart ordered the parts while he was with us. i was informed they would back the next day and carry out the repair and fit the new parts. Yet again they were bang on time and within an hour had completed the repairs and left the area very tidy I would highly recommend Forest heating if you want a quality job doing at a reasonable price. My boiler broke and Stuart came out to fix it on the same day, even though it was his day off. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable, friendly and polite.
