Went to Putney today. Asked for plain water and the woman behind the counter couldn't speak English! No sugar on table so had to ask then I had to ask again for a spoon. All while staff stood around chatting � paid for my coffee and went elsewhere for lunch. Shocking service!!! More...

Ordered via uber eats - my food came with hairs in it � and was not at all what I ordered. Why ask customers to specify which 4 salads they want if you literally pay no attention to their order? Why list salads you don’t sell, or with totally different ingredients to what they arrive with? My beetroot and carrot salad was missing, the tomato & jalapeño salad had no jalapeños, the sweet potato, fig and balsamic had no fig or balsamic, and the pickled cauliflower, apple and raisins wasn’t pickled and had no apple or raisin. If someone gave this place any less than 5 stars they need to have a quiet word with themselves???? It is dirt cheap Clean and extremely fresh food So flavoursome Tastes amazing! Looks great And it's a buffet, so you can eat as much or little as you like! staff are lovely too! It's a little gem in Brighton!
