I took my iPhone down to Mario as my screen was not working and I was locked out of my phone. They went above and beyond to try and fix my phone. During this time, they kept me updated throughout. However, due to an issue with Apple's phone locking system I could not unlock my phone. After the amount of effort Mario put in I was expecting to be charged, but they did this for free. I gave them a call to enquire about iPhone screen repairs and was asked to bring it in. I took it to them and they got if fixed within 20mins and fone is working again. Very happy with their service.
