Took my ipad here with a cracked screen, no damage to display, 3 hours later we went to pick it up and was told the screen had been put on wrong as screen was reacting on its own, had to wait another 2 hours for another screen to be put on, picked it up and found indents all over screen.
Called and took ipad back again, was asked multiple times if we had dropped the ipad, which we had not, despite only being 20 mins after we collected from the shop.
We then had to take the ipad back up and leave it with them again, they called and said this happens when the ipad has been dropped.
We pointed out when they first replaced the screen indents were not there, they only appeared after the screen was replaced a second time. It looks like someone has pressed too hard all around screen.
When we went to pick the ipad up, the screen was off again, we don't know why?
We argued that we did not cause this damage, they finally agreed to replace the reflectors free for us and that should fix it.
We collected the ipad today, problem still there, with new air bubbles under the screen, so now if anything the problem is worse. The ipad itself is covered in glue. No refund has been given.
Each time we went in the store, we had to explain what we were in there for and the person behind the desk kept acting clueless.
The service has been that terrible we have given up and will take it somewhere else.
Please do not use this store, I do not recommend at all. If you have a problem they make out it is entirely your own fault. If I could give 0 stars I would be.

I visited the store with an iPhone X, couldn’t get the touch screen to work. I needed info off the phone which I thought I would loose but they managed to get into the phone and download the items onto my computer. They then worked their magic and got the phone working. I dreaded asking how much it was going to cost as they’d had the phone overnight and messed around in the shop with it transferring the info for about an hour but it only cost £20. How happy was I?
