I'm really happy with the work that was done to my phone, I needed a screen replacement for my Sony Xperia xa2, I went to we first then a phone doctor to get info and quotes, but the lead time to have the part ordered and repaired would of been weeks, phone fix in the water side shopping center ordered the part need (came next day) phoned me to let me know and did the work in a 2 hour window, and once work was done explained to me the manufacturers seal had been broken now so phone is more sensative, so I bought a new case to help protect it a bit better, although the screen replacement is at cost of 70 quid I think the service and the lead time is well worth it, I'm defently going to recommend this store to friends of mine, thanks so much for your help.

Walked in with what I thought was a cracked screen, but turned out to be just a damaged screen protector. The owner was helpful, friendly, and speedy in fixing the problem, and didn't even charge anything on top of the new screen protector for looking at the phone.

What can I say other than an excellent service.I thought I had cracked the screen on my Samsung S8.I took my phone in but I had only cracked the cover. I unfortunately had to use FoneFix in York to repair my broken phone screen. Now I use the word unfortunately as it cost me £300 and not because I received bad service, quite the opposite in fact. They were extremely professional and explained the whole procedure from start to finish. In fact my phone looks as good as new and they even threw it a screen protector.If you do unfortunately break your phone then I would recommend FoneFix York. Sure you maybe able to get it fixed cheaper else where but as I needed my phone fixing the same day then it was a no brainer for me.If you break you screen + back cover, as I did in my case then the back is replaced as a reduced cost.Would recommend FoneFix York More...

Took my phone in this afternoon thinking it was waterlogged, but turned out to be a cracked screen. Can't thank Fonefix enough, their customer service and care was top notch and saved me from paying out for a new phone :) Rather than having to wait days on end to get my phone back, all I had to do was wait 1.5 hrs. Highly Recommend!

Would definitely recommend Fonefix. Took my sons iPhone 6s in for a screen replacement. Thought it would cost an arm and a leg after getting a quote from Apple but Fonefix only charged me £60. Such nice and friendly staff. Also was able to get a screen protector my son & myself for £10. Didn’t have to wait days for the repair either. They did it all on the same day. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a repair and will definitely use again next time one of my family chooses to be clumsy!! More...
