I had various, niggly arthritic issues that were becoming increasingly bothersome. Richard has worked with such care and diligence that after only four sessions, the stiffness that was threatening my mobility has improved so much that I have at least 75% movement back, and have I mentioned the stress relief that keeps me going until my next session?
