We used Focus removals to relocate from a 2 bedroom house in Bangor to a fifth floor apartment in Birmingham. I booked this firm as my elderly mum was moving from Scarborough to Teesside They turned up and time helped pack and unplugged her TVs, took down her curtain poles and reassured they would not leave until she was settled They were true to their word, they even moved her plants They drove to Teesside put her curtain poles up and her TVs on the wall built her bed and wardrobes and positioned everything and took away the rubbish they even connected her pond up and put her lampshades upI cannot thank them enough Lovely genuine lads, would recommend and use again

Focus removals gave us the lowest quote of the three companies we contacted. They also gave the most comprehensive service as our couch was to big to fit through the new door. The lads just rang the office and asked to get their window fitter out to help us and he came out and safely removed the window to get our couch in. A team of three came the afternoon before we moved and packed all our belongings calmly, carefully and efficiently. The next day, a team of three came and packed everything into two vans, moved it to our new home and unpacked everything in a friendly, careful manner, even asking us afterwards if there was anything we would prefer moving to another room.
