John and his guys did a great job on my closed cell insulation in my new build house. They were referred by my timber frame company and its easy to see why they were recommended. John explained everything to me in a way that I could easily grasp and provided me all the documentation and examples of the materials and work they provide. The quality of their work was perfect and they were thorough in clearing up so no rubbish was left behind. Unfortunately most tradesmen in the industry don't show up on time or are lacking in communication. Not John and his guys. On time, great communication on timing and length of project scope. I was recommended to John and his team by a local builder who had done some work for us in our newly acquired bungalow.We had been experiencing some mould and condensation problems which our builder thought might be remedied by the the installation of foam insulation in the the loft. I contacted John who promptly responded and after inspecting our bungalow provided a very competitive quote.I contacted two more spray foam insulation companies and they were far more expensive.Due to other building work I asked John to be flexible regarding an installation date and he agreed and last Tuesday our loft was sprayed.The whole process took less than four hours and was pain free and his family team were efficient and cleaned up afterwards.We are now enjoying warm and toasty evenings with the minimum of heating thanks to our totally insulated loft.
