Excellent, friendly service. They fixed my laptop in less than 24 hours!!
Another shop had it for two weeks and then said they couldn't repair or replace the motherboard.
FM's repair was around £100 cheaper too!
Extremely happy with them, will definitely use again, and can't recommend them to enough people :)

Fantastic service, when I originally messaged them on Facebook at around 10pm about my laptop they messaged straight back and told me to bring it in in the morning. Brought in my mums MacBook Air which wasn’t turning on. The Trafford Centre Apple Store told me that to resolve the issue, I would need a new trackpad fitting at a high cost.

Took it into Mike and the crew at FM, they quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and informed me that the trackpad was actually fine and that Apple were Bananas. (Pardon the pun).
Mike replaced the part same day, super quick, super friendly and very efficient — and importantly a very fair price — much cheaper than what Apple quoted when their “geniuses” did their “diagnosis”.
As a Mac user myself it’s great to find a trustworthy repair shop! I cannot recommend these enough!!!

I came in today with an external hard drive that wouldn't connect & a laptop with a broken power button. They got my hard drive to connect with a new cable and attached a new power button to my keyboard, and then told me I could pay whatever I thought was fair, even if only a few pounds.
Super nice. And they were clear and informative to talk to.
My sister has dealt with these guys before too and they treated her the same. Highly recommend this place x

I went to FM laptop repairs in a moment of crisis: It was the middle of my exams and my laptop had died. They provided a fantastic service and managed to totally save my laptop within 24 hours which was perfect. I was really delighted with how fast they managed to fix it, and the service they ran was very professional and thorough. They also did lots of thoughtful extras like uploading some programs for me to use for my exams until I had time to restore the full Microsoft office suite, as well as giving the laptop a good clean too! I took it there because my keyboard for my Lenovo G500 needed replacement and as soon as it arrived they were able to fix it in 10 minutes, as well as making sure it worked while I was in store.
It cost me £20 cheaper than all the other places I called up in Manchester and I received a years warranty for the keyboard as well. The costumer service was also good.
EDIT: Just went there again for the third time, the second time was when I needed my fan cleaned out and it worked out at £40 for that. The third time was when I wanted a hard drive replacement. The replacement is not completed yet fully however I can already feel the difference. I highly recommend this place wholeheartedly.
