After living in my apartment for nearly 4 and a half years and having a new puppy for nearly 2 years of that, my carpets and sofa were in desperate need of a clean. I had a large urine stain on the carpet which needed immediate attention sac you can imagine. I put on Bark that I needed someone urgently. Lee got back to me straight away, others I had contacted were very delayed if not no reply at all!! Arrived on time, and done ✅ within half hour with another guy! Both polite and job done perfect 👍 price was fab too even got a discount and for next time too! Lee came to clean our three seater sofa on Friday and we are so pleased with the results 😀 what a great job 👌he removed make up and dog paw prints for a white three seater corner sofa and it looks like new again 💕 we have now recommend to our friends and will 100 percent be using this service again

My sofa has not come up as clean as I expected on the arms, I still have a stain on one of the cushions. My carpet is extremely thick but I can not tell much difference. There was no covid precautions taken even after advising me the lad he works with had just tested positive only 2 days prior. left my downstairs loo full of mucky water spilled on to the floor and toilet seat, also left water on my hall way floor without clearing up after. 40 mins for £105.
