Medhi and Becky did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding food. We had scones on arrival and a three course wedding breakfast, it was all really delicious! We had so many compliments on food which was great. The team were also so helpful and professional from start to finish and really went the extra mile to make our day amazing. No ask was too big and Becky sourced bulk ice for our ice bath, speciality beers and even helped by storing our cake! We were so greatful for all of this, the day went without a hitch! Just a quick note to say thank you for our amazing wedding catering. The food was absolutely delicious, there was great debate amongst our guests as to which canapes were the best, and the waiting staff were delightful. Everything ran so smoothly, and before they left the staff laid out our cheese and biscuits which had been supplied separately. Fantastic level of service. This is massively late so apologies but just wanted to give a massive shout out and thank you to Mehdi, Becky and their team at Flying Bed Catering / Heaven Resturant / Fuel Catering !
These guys catered for our Wedding back at the Beginning of September and were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! They were so helpful and the food was absolutely stunning (the best wedding food they had ever had - quoted by numerous guests).
Nothing was too much trouble for them!
So yeah massive thanks guys and if anyone reading this is thinking of getting married or has any catering needs, i would thoroughly recomment these guys! Brilliant.

We used B.E.D. Catering for our wedding which runs out of Heaven restaurant alongside Fuel Catering. We were really pleased with what we tried at the tasting session, and the with the service we were promised by Becky (who was to run our day while Mehdi was at another wedding), however the day fell massively short of our expectations. Overall we experienced a wide range of issues stemming from a complete lack of organisation, and were left feeling deflated and disappointed. We phoned the day following the wedding, and then made a formal complaint in writing (see link for full letter and details of issues): https://1drv.ms/b/s!Artf2ElLk-NngSfkIGFSdf2Uayjh . The problems ranged from being late, to not enough waiting staff, to the food served differing to that which we were expecting and had tried. After the wedding we received unbelievably poor and unprofessional customer service from Mehdi who runs the company and a complete lack of apology or any acceptance of accountability. We were told he would speak to his staff to see who he believed, that our expectations were too high and that out of three hundred weddings ours was the first complaint. I am an honest person and hate confrontation and fuss, but to be made out to be a liar really upset me. After many (many!) phone calls and emails we received a £200 refund. I would have much rather had the service we were promised than have any money back, and had we known what to expect we would have most definitely used a different company. More...
