Not satisfied at all only cleaned two windows at my bungalow did not do the kitchen, bedroom or utility room were here for 5 minutes and charged £24, said they were in a hurry.

Hi Martyn, this is simply not true. I personally cleaned your 5 windows at the front of your house which were quoted for at £24.00 as they had not been cleaned in many years. The windows were absolutely caked in dirt and grime, which we cleaned back to bright white?! When we knocked after completion, my colleague asked you if you were happy and you said yes and at no point, even through our contact via Bark, mention any extra windows to the rear or kitchen? This is not a fair review at all Martyn and is certainly not a nice reflection of the service we provided for you. I rarely disagree with any client but on this occasion, my opionion is certainly out of alignment with yours here. Please also note that you messaged me mentioning extra windows over the last few days to at which I responded I will revisit this coming week to clean? Very odd review here against the work/value provided.

FlowClean arrange a date for cleaning my windows within a week. When they came they cleaned some of the windows badly and some not at all. When I complained they did return to clean again, but this was not for another week. By way of compensation (i believe) they cleaned all inside and out, except for 1 set of 4 which they could not get to on the inside because of furniture. They also did not clean the outside stating that they did not have a ladder long enough with them, and that they would return with a longer ladder later in the week. I’m sorry you feel so disappointed Linda. You’re correct when you say the initial clean to the outsides only was poor. The windows were extremely dirty from the building work going on outside but that is no excuse. Also, your husband may have mistakenly misdirected us as to what were the actual windows that needed cleaning. When the first clean was done and no one complained we naturally thought all was well. When you quite rightly complained, I came back personally and cleaned EVERY window both INSIDE and OUT. The ONLY windows missed were the ones that you personally said were totally INACCESSIBLE. Nevertheless, you’re correct to say I promised to return and put a long ladder up to clean these windows. I apologise for failing to do so but am struggling to get the 45 foot ladder into town as the roof rack is currently damaged. I sincerely apologise for this let down and will rectify it ASAP. Thank you for your honest message though.

Gutter Cleaning
This is part of core service and we provide residential gutter cleaning services throughout for most types of properties.
Our gutter cleaning service will also include clipping back into place any loose joints. Minor repairs can also be carried out if they don’t require parts. This can be done for a small, fixed cost but is separate from the clean itself.
Pressure Washing and Driveway Cleaning
Our pressure washing servics thoroughly clean and restore your patio, decking or drive back to a A1 finish. We combine the best equipment, professional and specialist cleaning products and our knowledge and expertise to remove all kinds of staining, green and black algae, mildew, lichen (white & black spots), moss, dirt and traffic pollution.
We specialise in stain removal from block paving, sandstone, paving and other surfaces which involves the application of suitable cleaning products.
Roof Cleaning
Our roof cleaning service removes moss from manually using specialist scraping tools attached to long reach extension poles. A steam or light pressure clean can also be used to clean and break down dirt.
After clearing moss/dirt from your roof we apply a highly effective biocide / anti fungicide, developed for professional use only, to prevent the regrowth of moss and other biological spores like lichen, mould and mildew for at least 12 months.
