Vel was fantastic. I needed some help with a job I had started (badly) and he was fantastic. Vel was really helpful, really friendly and really flexible. He came on a Saturday morning at short notice and sanded down a floor in a small room for us and primed it ready to be varnished. It’s made the room look really good. What a fantastic, professional team! I cannot recommend Floors of London enough: they're patient, helpful (I had no clue what floor and underlay we wanted / needed and Vel was happy to explain which ones were durable and a good choice without breaking the bank), honest and reliable. We exchanged carpets for laminate and the floor looks beautiful! Our daughter is over the moon. We'll be getting Floors of London to fit one in the other bedroom, too.
