Just had my daughters bedroom fitted with LVT. Staff at the shop were very helpful and the fitters Richard & his nephew did an amazing job. My daughter uses a wheelchair so more work was included than planned and none of it was a bother. I was back and forth to the shop as we were getting a fitted wardrobe and needed to ask questions about fitting flooring inside it. Alex was extremely helpful and informative . We have just had our flooring fitted to a large area and we are absolutely delighted with it. The fitters are excellent. Very quick, efficient & friendly. They never stopped for a break and cleaned up everything before they left, can't praise them enough. I have to say the sales man Johns customer service was first class from the minute I entered the store. I speak from experience after visiting lots of diffrent flooring companies. Guys in the shop helped us out with what to get and were on point, and the guys fitting it were in and out with no issues at all, despite the sloping concrete in our house they handled it brilliantly! Hi, I recently won the £5000 Christmas competition. I wanted to let everyone know that my flooring is all installed and I could not be happier with the results. The floor store have been extremely patient with me as I had just moved house so they waited till I was ready to have the floor fitted, I was able to choose the best of the best 12mm thick wood flooring and also a high quality carpet for my stairs. The service is exceptional and cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me. When I told them I was ready they were out straight away and fitted the entire house in 4-5 hours to the best standard and the carpet was fitted not long after. Great service. Gave me samples to take home as i couldn't decide. My entry date kept getting moved but the Floor Store worked with me to get flooring down as soon as i got keys.
