Hardwood Floor Sanding & Finishing
Nick did my floor sanding, staining and polish. It was a bad job. He stained my white doors and door frame and i am now forced to paint them. He said floor will be 40% lighter after sanding, but it was bare wood and I had to include the staining during the job for additional cost. He did not advise this and of course i trusted the wrong person and did not do my own research. He promised to come back and fix any minor scratches when we move the furniture without additional costs. But in a weeks time there were faded patches. He promised to come back to fix these but never came. I would never recommend him. Not trust worth. He has clever way of dealing with issues. He keeps saying I will do it when I am in your area. God know when he will do! Best way to get away from fixing things. More...

Dear Marmarmarmalla, We did a fantastic job for you and everyone was happy. Then you scratched the floor very badly while carrying the furniture back and wanted us to repair it for nothing. We offer you a symbolic price, but you refuse. As for the payment, you were paid completely legally, and we could take you to court for your trash, but we won't. Good luck to you.

Meticulous in a negative way. The work was not completed to the end, the floor is not sufficiently varnished, there are places where there is no varnish at all, traces of shoes under the varnish, in one of the places the floor is deeply buried and this person proved that everything is fine. I regret that you feel like this, however the job was completed and you were happy with it. It was only after the wall was taken down in the room and you was left with a gap between the wall and the boards, that you yourself tried to fix, that created the unwanted finish. You called me after this and I offered to fix everything for you at a reduced price of £180, but you refused. I can only apologise that this has been our experience for this job.

Nick and his team did an amazing job restoring our Victorian conversion flat floorboards, sanding, gap filling and replacing damaged and missing boards with reclaimed boards so that it recovered its original Victorian beauty, polishing and varnishing.
Nick and his team were very friendly and accommodated to our needs.

There have been carpenters in the family and this has always inspired me to work with wood.
