Hi Nicola, thank you for your review. As per what I said. I am more than happy to finish your groom with no extra charge if you can cofirm that he is completely free of fleas. It is not very good for other dogs to be around a dog with fleas as it is contagious, and as a precaution we had to stop grooming him as we have other dogs in our care. We also had tried our best to slot you in with our sessions. We open at 10am and since you kept saying you were not free and had to get Mickey by 11:30am the latest. We decided we would open earlier for you at 9am. I’m so sorry this has happened, but this simply does not reflect our services as we did not know in prior that your dog had fleas and we adjusted our time for your dog to be able go get a groom. Thank you.

Kevin was Very friendly and immediately went to Buster who had arrived for his first ever puppy groom after his first ever trip on the tube.
Floofy Paws had been very quick to get back in touch after I first contacted them and they were extremely accommodating after I cocked up the time of the appointment. 90 minutes after I dropped him off, I returned to find an immaculately washed and dried puppy who smelled amazing and was very relaxed and calm. Kevin gave me great advice on how to look after Busters puppy coat and advised I return in 10 Weeks when Buster is 6 months old.
Kevin has given him a pawdicure, tidied up around his eyes and given him a hygiene cut and what is clearly a Gemma Collins style Essex Blow dry.
All in all one happy owner and one pampered puppy. And at a very reasonable price. X

What do you love most about your job?
We love animals! They're always here to cheer us up on a sad day. Being with animals everyday has definetly made our lives more happy. It is always so rewarding after grooming a pet because the transformation we are able to see is incredible. Also, seeing their owners happy with how their pet's apperence changed in a good way has made our job even more rewarding!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Kevin and Hillary discovered their passion for dogs when pandemic lockdown restrictions eased out and were asked to doggy sit for their neighbours. Kevin then decided to proceed with his passion for pet care and became a dog groomer. While grooming he has made good connections therefore, partnering with Mahmoud recently who has expereince for 7 years, and has now blossomed into not only dog grooming but also cat grooming.

Clients should choose us because we always make sure the animal's welfare comes first! We make sure they are in a calm enviroment and they are comfortable with us handling them first. We would never try to stress your dog or cat out piror to grooming them. We also always try our best to respond quickly and fit you into a emergency appointment if needed! Also, we have two lovely dogs Bagel and Mochi for moral support and if you are ever late to come pick your pet up they will sure enjoy a little play!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our staff have been vaccined. We always make sure to disinfect our work space after every groom with pet safe cleaning products. We also deep clean our house every single day after grooming to ensure we have a clean enviroment not only for ourselves but our client as well! Also, when we pick up your dogs we will always sanitize our hands before and we will be wearing a mask for your safety and our safety.
