What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about beauty, health and wellness and I love discovering new brands and trends and introducing them to the market, them grow and becoming mainstream. I love sharing this knowledge with journalists and influencers and my network of industry contacts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I first went into PR nearly 20 years ago I quickly became interested in a growing beauty trend, aesthetics and cosmeceuticals. I looked after a Cosmetic Doctor, who was one of the first practitioners to leave the NHS and specialise in aesthetics and to introduce cosmeceuticals, skincare products that can change the skin without being a drug, to the UK. With my help he quickly became one of the "go to" media experts in this field and his clinics rapidly expanded from one clinic in the UK to over 12. It was the experience and expertise I gained from this that led me to set up my own business in PR to specialise in this area and to compliment it with other beauty, cosmetic and wellness brands to provide a one stop shop for journalist, influencers and industry experts who want a personalised approach to PR but with the backup of an committed and proactive agency team. After 15 years that clinic is still one of Flipside PR's major clients which speaks volumes about the service we provide!

The Flipside office is centrally located, just a short walk from Oxford Circus station and ideally situated near to the magazine houses. We have our own boardroom, which clients can utilise for meetings and we often hold small press events on site
