I have just finished Tony's 6 week "choose 2 lose" course and I loved it! Got some great results, lost 10lb in weight and my body shaped has changed :) I used to hate exercise but this course has made me change my mind - I would highly recommend this course to anyone!

Wonderful, friendly service! I've always been so scared of and intimidated by exercise and fitness classes but these classes are fab!
