The driveway when laid, was left unfinished - after several calls, they came and made it right.

A year later, cracks appeared in it - we contacted them + they attended, promising to come back and repair it.
They did not arrive.
They then ignored our messages for months.

Another year later, they finally responded to a message and promised they would come back and perform the repairs (it is under warranty).
They did not arrive.
And are now ignoring our messages again.

We had our front, back garden and drive done by Craig and his team. They were very professional from start to finish. The job involved building a dwarf wall and steps (which was done by a separate company) before concreting and laying resin. All the stages of the landscaping were well planned between the different trades men to allow for a smooth operation with minimal disruption. Honest and reliable guys who take pride in their work. Excellent job until 6 months later when Craig visited us to inspect the cracks that had appeared. He informed us that it was a installation malfunction and it would be replaced under the guarantee. We have been waiting 12 months now for some response to many phone calls e-mails and letters delivered to their registered office.
