Thank you Josh for your excellent customer service I was very impressed you were very polite , patient and informative and took time to explain the technical details to me regarding the upgrade of the OS on my MacBook Pro I am more than pleased with the upgrade and would highly recommend MacMan for any future Apple product repairs etc 😄

Our delightful children managed to spill a full glass of water over our laptop. In under a week, Jon and the Macman team have dried it out, repaired it (&im sure more complicated things) and returned it to us. Thank you!! Great service.
