Had an issue with my custom built high-end PC and TJ was able to come out the very next day to sort the issue (he could have done the same day but I was not available). Extremely professional and pleasant chap. He was very good at explaining exactly what he was doing every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use him again - could not recommend him more! Mr Teck called me and was able to come within 2 hrs (although I don't think this is always the case - but was in the Area)
He was Very Thorough in diagnosing the problem and set about to sort the problem out. I cannot recommend Mr Teck highly enough and would not hesitate to call on his expertise again. Excellent Result with a fullyl working PC again.

Yes. I can use TeamViewer to remote in and take control of a PC or Laptop. I can also use Zoom or MS Teams or Google Meet to coach someone through a Hardware issue or diagnosisinf their problem.
