Andy replaced a laptop keyboard for me. Dropped it off at 7.30pm last night and picked it up first thing this morning. Very impressed. Super nice guy. Very knowledgable, good value and has a professional set-up in a home office workspace. Josh from FMT, ordered a sound adapter for my laptop, as I had accidentally disabled the port speaker & would have cost me from 4 up to $500 to repair. Instead, he ordered a $19 sound adaptor from Scoptec, which only took a couple of days to arrive, & is working great. So goes to show that one can find a business that will help you w/o gaslighting you into charging you 100s of $ for something that doesn't require it. Thank you Josh for your help. More...
