How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It's vital. Eating well keeps you well. But sometimes we need help, support and encouragement.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people who were once in pain, become pain free. I absolutely love what I do, and have found my purpose in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to tailor what I do to each individual. What works for one person may not be suitable for another. I get to know my members and am able to work around any injuries and many health issues. Helping them get fitter, stronger and healthier.
Why should our clients choose you?
That's their call. I offer a Free class or for nutrition, a telephone consultation. If it's a good fit then I invite them to work with me further, if they decide it's not for them, or they are not ready to make the changes, no problem. A person has to be ready. I find my members get the best results this way.
