I embarked on my first ever fitness journey in my late 30’s and I’m so glad it was with Teena Naik from FitWiteena. We started this journey with Teena having a detailed one on one discussion with me to understand what I was looking for. Unlike what I had seen or heard from others’ experiences, Teena helped my fitness journey by setting out a personalised plan and realistic goal. In my fitness journey, I realised how mindful eating along with a good workout helps one maintain a healthy body and an even healthier mind. The fitness training spanning over about 8 months, helped me overcome two main concerns I had - lower back pain owing to C-section and regular gastritis episodes. Working out with Teena made me change my perspective about excercise. Her classes helped me lose 8 kilos. And now excercise has become part of my daily life. She is very motivating and even when you want to give up she keeps up the spirit. After a recent accident and a surgery, I was scared to do any workouts especially which involves putting body weight on elbows. I was initially sceptical to have the workout sessions online as I always thought I need to meet the trainer in person. But as soon as I spoke to Teena right from the first session she has put my mind at ease. She understood exactly what my body is capable of and within days she tailored the workouts as per my need. Teena has been extremely helpful to not just tailor the course but was also flexible to arrange the sessions around my busy work schedules. The remote workouts from her proved highly effective and I thoroughly enjoyed doing it from the comfort of my home. I have signed up Group Face Yoga Sessions.


What I was looking for from these sessions was to calm down at the end of a stressful day at work and good night’s sleep.

What I did end up getting is a face massage session, a healthy beauty routine and hence a better looking and feeling skin as a bonus along with everything I was looking for. Kudos to her for the little beauty tips every now and then.


And I’m confident I will soon start seeing a difference in the fine ageing lines and a slimmer face and double chin very soon and few years taken off my face.


I used to be a part of Teena’s Group fitness sessions too, I observed great benefits in terms of general health and wellbeing along with fitness with her sessions, suggestions and tips. Hoping that I can restart the group sessions with her soon.

Her regime was tailored to my circumstances and my goals and together we continue to achieve them in steps in a much more feasible way than I would have achieved on my own. I love working out with teena she knows exactly what I want and what I can do I’m a registered blind lady and needed to have someone who could be as descriptive as possible and teena is just that! I m someone who always had asthma and it has been quite bad since lockdown because of no activity.
I have been training with Teena from past 3 months now & see massive difference in my health. My asthma attacks have been decreased my inhaler intakes have been reduced.
I feel more healthier & lighter and in a jolly mood. My stress levels have dropped too which was unmanageable.
Teena has been a great find, she is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I actually look forward to my workouts.

Importantly:
– she ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.

– she is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

I joined FitWiteena to lose weight before my big day. But not only have I lost weight, Teena has helped improve my diet, people often comment on how much better I look and most importantly, my body is generally fitter meaning I enjoy life more. I would definitely recommend Teena, whether it be for getting into shape for photos or just generally keeping on top of your fitness. She is focused, knowledgeable, professionable and actually cares about your journey and progress. I started training with Teena in April-21, to get back into fitness routine, on one of my friends recommendation.
It has been such am amazing journey. Especially with my health issues I was very worried. I am an asthama patient and being at home during Pandemic made it worst. As i was not doing any activity at all. Since I have joined my sessions, all the factors are considered while training and drastically there is so much improvement in my health condition. The inhaler intake of Asthama is reduced. Also overall weight, diet control and fitness levels are getting better. Thank you Teena for all your support in this journey and want to keep working out with you!

Hey Teena, you are simply fab. Full of energy, variety of exercises in our PT sessions which really help to focus on the target. After my second pregnancy , it was very hard for me ti get back into a routine but then i found you, by one if my friends recommendation. I am so lucky to have you as my guide, my inspiration. Cannot thank enough. You always try to bring be back if i loose focus, which is the best part of trainingn with you.

I feel great. Everyone has commented on how different I look, but in a good way! I am definitely slimmer but most importantly more toned, and certainly more confident about how I will look at my wedding and on honeymoon. Lost close to ( 8 kilos) yayyyy

Teena - my personal trainer has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. I certainly have noticed a massive difference in muscle tone around my legs, hips and stomach – all areas that were previously a little soft. The training results have spurred me on to keep to my diet and as a consequence, I am now the lightest and tightest I have been since I was 16!
She makes it fun and enjoyable to train and she is very motivating and encouraging! If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT, then Teena is the one for you!

I am someone who has had a sports related injury that has done some damage to my hip. Working with Teena so far has already exceeded my expectations of how quickly I can recover and aim towards rehabilitation. She has a knack for combining empathy with tenacity in a way that makes the seemingly impossible seem reachable. Been doing virtual zoom one-on-one with Teena since the Pandemic began. Main object is stretch and balance. Strength comes with doing these exercises and really looked for an effect on my balance. I have become much more flexible and my balance has improved. I feel “safer” in doing everything else I do, as a result of Teena's exercises. Teena customizes that days exercises for my needs. If I do not do well with exercise A, Teena always offers up exercise B so I get to my full range of motion in correct form. I try to put myself in the same form that Teena demonstrates, but Teena can see and correct any flaw because she is always narrating what I am doing. Wonderful ongoing experience.
Teena has been wonderful to work out with! She is very friendly, relaxed, and very comfortable to work with. She knows her stuff and provides very helpful advice and tips throughout the workout. On top of all this, she works with my ability level to help me achieve my goals. I always leave very satisfied!

I've had personal trainers before but none that push me and keep me motivated as much as Teena.

I definitely get my value for money because she really pushes me, and keeps in touch to remind me to do workouts in between our sessions so that I keep my activity levels up and achieve the most out of the whole program.
I feel that she offers a more holistic approach to health and fitness. Exercise being one but also maintaining a healthy diet, lifestyle and mindset which is key in achieving your goals.
I'm really happy with my progress so far and would definitely recommend Teena for anyone looking to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Teena is a fabulous fitness instructor. More than an instructor amazing friendly girl.I personally adore teena's passion and dedication towards fitness.

I’d highly recommend Teena’s fitness sessions #FitWiteena, always liked the fitness sessions right from the time I did it for the first time. It’s very engaging and there is a good mix of high and low impact workouts planned and executed by Teena with a lot of dedication which is motivating for me. By doing the sessions regularly I feel more energetic and fit. I feel like I’m much more fitter now than about 10 yrs ago. Fitness for me isn't about looking perfect or loosing weight, it's about how strong my body feels and I feel like I have gained muscle weight and toned well since I’ve started the sessions which has made me stronger and fitter. 1 Hr session everyday for me is time dedicated to myself and if I’m able to survive and still continue with the sessions in the past 5 months, that in itself talks about how well the sessions are helping.

I have been part of Fitwiteena fitness sessions for more than 5 months now. I must say, my fitness and energy levels have improved a lot.
