Marianna is a great trainer, I cannot recommend her enough! She is very accommodating and made me feel comfortable as soon as we first met. I was completely new to training and working out and was feeling anxious about it, but that soon changed. My goal was to get stronger, fitter and be more toned. I have been training with Marianna for the past year. I had gained 10kg with all the lockdowns and my confidence was at an all time low. I always felt tired and sluggish and just didn't feel like myself. Marianna helped me lose the weight, gain strength and most importantly for me has helped me change my lifestyle. I had been aimlessly going to the gym for months, unsure of how to perform exercises correctly or how to gain muscle. Marianna was recommended by a work colleague and I must admit, I was sceptical of being Coached by a female. Speaking to marianna I could tell she was very knowledgeable, she trained me twice a week, pulled together a programme and meal plan for me and after the first 4 months I reached my goal weight. Diet is key! You cannot out train a bad diet, however, exercise and diet go hand in hand. It's important to do both.

I make sure all my clients check in with me regularly so we can keep track of progress and adjust things when necessary. I am very easy to talk to and bubbly so I make people feel at ease. I think it's important for me to have a good rapport with all my clients so that they are able to be completely honest with me and I am able to keep them accountable.

Creating sustainable daily habits and lifestyle changes. You need to have something that you can stick to long term and continue being consistent with.

I love helping people achieve their goals. It is very rewarding and makes me very happy when people get physically and mentally healthier!

Yes. I do online coaching which can include a variety of different things.
I either set you up with a personalised meal plan and training programme and you check in with me twice a week via WhatsApp to update me with your progress. I will make regular changes if/when necessary.

The other option is 1-2-1 training sessions over zoom/WhatsApp video call.

Cleaning my equipment in between clients (something I already did anyway).
Clients must purchase and bring their own mats.
