I use a combination of Pilates for core strength, mobility and flexibility, along with strength and conditioning work tailored to your needs and ability. It's not a 'One size fits all'. It's about what you need, at this moment in your life. It's about getting stronger in a healthy, balanced way, keeping those injuries and niggles away. And making you feel good :)

Consistency, time, some sweat.. and a little help from an encouraging trainer :)

Working with people, and making a genuine difference to their quality of life, health, and wellbeing. I love helping people to realise that they actually can move so much better than they thought, and I love it when they see that they don't have to have those niggles..
