I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I am qualified in exercise referral so I can help with rehabilitation from injury, illness and injury. I teach classes including spin, Zumba, HiiT and Circuits. I have a gym area to work from as well as a private gym to use as well.
I train clients outdoors too and in small groups

I joined Charlie's PT group 10 weeks ago. I have some disc damage in my lower back and was worried about getting into exercise again.
She has looked after me and I have had no problem with it it at all after working out.
To date, I have now lost nearly 18 lbs , 5.1 inch of my tummy, 4.4inch off my back, 2 inch off my butt and 1.4 inch off my arms.
My BMI has gone from 30.9-26.6, my muscle has gone up from 30.3-31.7 and my cholesterol has gone from 6-3.2.
I am over the moon with the results and can highly recommend Charlie #fitnessiscalling ���

Joined Charlie’s Group PT 5 weeks ago and so far lost 6lbs and more importantly multiple inches all across my body (just waiting for the measurements �). How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help with nutrition advice, support between sessions, measurements, weight ins and a variety of different training sessions offered in each session to add variety
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It’s not how you look it’s how you feel. Find a training option you can fit into your life and give yourself time to see the results.
Doing exercise you enjoy and look forward to is so important to keep the commitment needed to see the changes you want.
What do you love most about your job?
Being apart of people’s journeys, seeing them become stronger, happier and more confident
What inspired you to start your own business?
I lost 4.5 stone myself 8 years ago after I had my second child and I was so inspired I wanted to help others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I train every client to suit them. I listen to my clients and will help and assist in any way I can. I want noting more then to help my clients feel happy and strong mentally and physically. I have been doing what makes me happy for many years and I enjoy it so much because I get to see results and changes
