Found Heidi on Facebook when looking for fitness inspiration and help with nutrition to beat low energy days. I train once a week with Heidi either outside or in a local village hall. Exercises vary every week, always challenging and fun and I have definitely seen an improvement in my fitness and strength since starting around September time. Heidi is always available to offer support in between each session too whether it’s about stretching in between classes, diet or exercises. Would defo recommend x More...
