How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through my app Trainerize, building a training plan to meet their goals and speicifications. Regular check in's, progress photos, macros and calories monitored, One to one training.

Consistency, motivation and focusing on their end goal.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people, helping to see them through their journey and the happiness and confidence it brings
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having four children of my own, having lots of issues during and after pregnancy, body confidence issues, post natal depression and not having anyone to help me. I want other women to have help during this difficult time.

Nutritional Advice
I have a Nutritional Qualification, I am not a Nutritionist or Dietician but can help clients to work out Macros and Calories specific to their requirements. This can be used alongside MyFitness Pal or Fitbit to log foods so I can see what your diet is like and give you ideas for food. I also have recipe packs to help you eat healthily.
