I joined the programme after I saw the amazing progress that someone I knew had made with Carly’s plan. I’m 3 week in and although I have not been able to exercise due to an injury I have started to see progress already. The meal plans are very easy to follow and are not restrictive unlike some plans. I can still eat the foods I love and have the odd treat, which is built into the plan. Carly takes the time to check in with everyone daily on the page, set challenges and record videos etc for motivation and is always on hand to advise if you are struggling . After having my little boy nearly 7years ago I lost my baby weight and managed to keep it off for 3 years. I was a regular at the gym, went running and went to exercise classes and didn’t really have to worry about my weight too much. When my little boy was 5 me and his dad split up I found myself with less spare time on my hands and not exercising as much as I had but still eating the same and also becoming more sedentary at work and before I realised it my weight was creepy up. Then 12 months ago after watching other people’s journeys with Carly I decided to bite the bullet and join the family and I haven’t looked back since. I’m a lot more active feeling more confident in myself and eating the things I like without feeling guilty l, my plan is definitely designed for me. I’ve loved carlys plans as I love food but I have spent all my life watching what I eat and I didn’t have a very good relationship with food but she has completely changed me. Do not feel like I’m on a diet at all. I also Luv her weight sessions too and feel they have helped tone me up. She knows what she’s talking about!!! 5 stars all the way!!! More...

I held off for months joining Carly fitfarm I had put on 2 stone through lockdown. Exercise is not an issue for me I have always trained the issue is food what to have how to and what foods to put together. Carly asked me what I like and dislike so I sent a very long list 😂 Within 5 days came my first plan Wow loved it. Carly is knowledgable, understanding and ultra supportive. She works with you to fit your meal plans around you and your life. She’s all about the better you without the quick fixes and daft diets. You get loads of advice and support from the FitFam group too. I am so happy that the square of doom (weigh scales) is no longer a dreaded sight every week, because this programme is all about how you feel and how you look, not how much you weigh. If you want to get fit/ loose weight quickly with exercise sessions that can be done and dusted at home in 30 mins and eat structured meals that don’t feel like diet then Carly is your gal - feeling great after 6 months in this programme, it never once felt like an effort and it actually works! :-D

I have only been with Carly doing Fitfam from end of October and I love it. The food plans are made for you and what you enjoy! Carly has also really helped me with my mental state and doing fitfam has made me much more positive about my shape and my body. My FitFam programme is designed to help you, lose fat long term, get fitter and healthier & feel good without strict dieting or spending hours exercising each day.

I’m a PT, nutritionist, clinical weight loss practitioner and pre and post natal trainer.

I ask you to commit for a minimum of 3 months so that we can work on changing your habits & get you the BEST results!

You’ll get;

- personalised food plans, which are updated monthly
- access to a library of workouts that you can play back anytime
- 3 live group PT sessions done on Zoom each week
- weekly or bi weekly check ins with me to help you to stay accountable & on track

1-2-1 coaching

This is an individual service for people who need or want extra, ongoing support and a tailor made approach.

It could be that you’re not confident in a group environment, need your hand held a little more or you want to really push yourself to be the best that you can be.

I’ve been at both ends of the fitness spectrum. I was an over weight kid who was bullied at school. I struggled with bulimia, anorexia and binge eating disorder and was also a sponsored athlete for 5 years/won the Title of Ms Bikini Tall at Miami Pro in 2015.

Whether you;

- want to lose fat and make massive lifestyle changes
- want to achieve your best physique and get fitter and stronger
- want to ditch diets, learn new habits and change your mindset and attitude towards food
- want someone who will hold you hand, guide and believe in you
- need to lose weight or reduce your BMI for a specific reason such as an operation or IVF treatment


£275 per month or £675 for 3 months

RESTORE YOUR CORE

Restore your core is a 12 week programme designed to help you strengthen your core after pregnancy/child birth

The exercises themselves will work on your deep transverse abdominal muscles and help with symptoms such as;

- ‘Mum Tum’ or lower belly bulge
- Lower back pain
- Pelvic floor issues
- Stress incontinence (sneeze pee)
- Pain during sex


You’ll receive;

- an online consultation form to self assess your issues and the severity
- an exercise plan to help improve your symptoms
- Videos to demo exactly how to do them
- Updated plan every 4 weeks (3 in total)

You’ll need to commit 10-15 mins 3-4 times per week to complete the exercises and you’re responsible for checking in with me monthly to let me know how you’re getting on.

Cost

£95 for 12 weeks
