Life changing both physically and mentally. Taj genuinely cares about his clients and knows how to tailor his approach to each one on an individual basis to get the best results.
For him to look how he does over the age of 40 means he knows what he is talking about. There are no crash diets or insane workouts. Just slow, steady and sustainable progress.
I have been able to eat and drink whatever I want and have still lost a considerable amount of weight and gained muscle. The workouts are also enjoyable and I actually look forward to the next ones.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Taj to all my family and friends.

Taj is both an exceptional trainer and an amazing person to boot!
Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in his field but he genuinely cares and shows an interest in his clients, always getting the most out of them.
He has been training all of his life and has an unbelievable work ethic which is very contagious. You only need to see him train and you can see how much work and effort he puts in.
I had the luxury of being trained by Taj for 6 months and not only did I see and feel a difference, I would get comments from work colleagues and friends that I hadn’t seen for a while saying how I had transformed. They’re expression was often one of amazement.
This is all thanks to Taj’s training in terms of experience, listening, explaining, and his killer training routines which he has spent a long time perfecting. - he has been doing this for most of his life after all!
