Little slow on adding this review, we’ve been too busy enjoying our Hot Tub!!... But Wow!!! ???? We are so in love! ???? Don’t know why we didn’t get one years ago! We cannot thank Marv, Brendan and the team enough. We have received nothing but a fantastic service throughout! What with Marv supporting us with his extensive Spa knowledge and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Right from the beginning when we were unsure of what brand, style, size etc Marv was always happy to support. Installation was so quick - actually amazed at how you managed to get in so quick, and set up. Customer care and quality was second to none!!! Our hot tub is beautiful and totally changed not just our garden but also added a touch of luxury. Marvin gave a fantastic service. We had a really bad experience with a hot tub repair guy called Sean Pocock who took almost £500 off us and never returned to the ouse again (beware and never use Sean! !) - Marvin from First 4 Pools stepped in and sorted out Sean's mess and went above and beyond. We are very grateful and now have a lovely hot tub again which is working better than ever! We will definitely be using Marvin from now on! If Sean ever returns our cash I'll update this post! Marvin is the best pool tech I know by far, had many companies look after my pools over the years and no one comes close! No job is to big and many times other companies have said something can not be done and marvin does it no problem ! His response time to call outs is very quick and he always goes the extra mile! Paulton Swimming pool has been using first for pools for approximately 5 years. They provide all our chemicals, keep our pool nice and clean and deal with all of our pool plant needs, it could be a broken motor on a pool cover or our chlorine dosing system not working correctly. I know that if I phone Marvin or any of his team he will get to the pool as soon as he can or give us advise on what needs to be done. I've known Marvin for many years (six or so?) - he's turned up promptly whenever I've contacted him and has always sorted out my pool, even when it's had a foot of sludge in the bottom from being unused.

I have been using first for pools for a while. They come and clean our facilities at our hotel. When i first met Marvin he was polite and very knowledgeable. Which i was not.
