I did a confined space course which can be somewhat mundane and tedious for a full day. Full credit to John who made the course informative and interesting. The day went by quickly from theory in the morning to practical in the afternoon. My only gripe is can we have some interesting films rather than 70s wooden acting films. Would highly recommend first safety training! I have recently done a street works course and also a ride on roller test. It was such an easy process compared to some of the other company's out there that I have used,I had a nice welcome from Yasmin on arrival and made to feel at ease, also the trainers Pete and john were excellent! My Experiance during my course at first saftey training was full of knowledge and laughter which I found great as no one likes to sit a boring course Pete is my favoroute as he makes me laugh so much he is a brilliant instructor and terry is okay. Yasmin at main desk is a breath of fresh air as soon as I walked into the training center I was greeted by a beautiful smile. Yasmine and Pete are utter stars and are so helpful from start to finish with all the information you need and helping you make sure you get the right training. They bent over backwards to help me get my guys trained up and to get certificates to me in time for us to need them for when we were on site.
