I initially contacted impressions aqua clean to quote me for window cleaning, from that initial contact the service provide has been nothing but outstanding, I would highly recommend to anyone. From turning up on time, being reliable, providing a friendly and professional service to completing a excellent job. The Impressions Aqua clean team have also carried out a full clean of the facias. The work was carried out during the day with no disruption as we work from home and have a dog this was important. Extremely pleased with the results today! We had our driveway, steps to the house and garden paths cleaned and de weeded. The finish is just excellent !! It’s given the house a real fresh feel and we are very proud of it now. The service and communication can’t be faulted at all. Andrew kept me in the loop with everything and most importantly was honest and upfront about anything that he wanted to discuss (the garden slopes with no drain and he explained that it would create a small puddle in that area but it would later be cleaned) had he not discussed that with me beforehand, I may have felt disappointed but that just goes to show his extensive knowledge on the work as well.
