I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, who is a member of the BACP.

I aim to offer you a warm, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can share what’s on your mind and feel listened to, validated and acknowledged.  Expressing your feelings and trying to make sense of your emotions is an important part of your therapy.

I will teach you techniques and give you tools to help you grow whether in your personal or professional life.

I specialise in depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, confidence, anger, bereavement and communication.

I offer online or face-to-face appointments most evenings after 6pm.
