I enjoy helping people regain control of their lives. Often we can feel like we will be stuck in our situations forever and that can feel incredibly bleak. I have felt like this myself in the past. My G.P encouraged me to have solution focused hypnotherapy and since treatment, I have never looked back.

After a period of depression, I slowly eased back into working life as a self-employed cleaner. I enjoyed being in charge of my own working day, having immediate satisfaction from my customers and felt I could do so much more.

I had already decided to train as a hypnotherapist after receiving therapy myself. It just seemed the next natural step for me.

I have the added advantage of having been on the receiving end so am able to understand more than most what it feels like to be in your position.

We will work together and move forward as a therapeutic alliance, setting manageable goals on your terms and enjoying the feeling of pride as you achieve them. Our sessions will be fun and full of smiles.

Yes, all of my services can and currently are being delivered to clients via Zoom. They have enjoyed that they can remain in the comfort of their own home, in relaxed surroundings and do not have to get dressed to go out to benefit from their sessions.

It is win win, we all stay safe while clients receive their therapy.

I have adapted and changed to online Zoom sessions. Giving therapy in this way has worked incredibly well and everyone thus far is incredibly happy with it.

Using modern neuroscience techniques we will work together to help you focus on your prefered future, rather than your problems. Sessions are consolidated with hypnosis.

A big part of lowering your stress and anxiety is understanding why it is happening in the first place. We will talk about what is happening in your brain and how that affects mood.

There is no psychotherapy or solution focused hypnotherapy within these sessions, just 30 glorious minutes of laying back on a comfy couch and enjoying being relaxed.

Without pain, you would not be able to survive. It stops you continuing with what is damaging you and causing pain; standing too close to that hot fire, walking on a broken ankle and so on. This is known as acute pain. It is urgent, intense and localised.



Chronic pain is different, it is relentless and can be debilitating. There is a continuous relaying of messages between your brain and the site of your pain. Your muscles brace and guard against future "attacks", causing the problem to persist and worsen.

Solution focused hypnotherapy can help by reducing your stress around your symptoms. It can help you alter the perception of your pain, helping you visualise a preferred reaction to it. By getting serotonin levels up (our happy neurotransmitter) will assist in the interruption of messages sent to the brain from the site of pain and back to the brain again. Together we will get your stress down, your serotonin flowing and your symptoms to a manageable level.
