Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Most people don't know how to do simple things (for an accountant) correctly like filing a Self Assessment tax return and end up paying too much in tax. At FinSol we ensure all our clients books are correct and accurate to ensure they are not incurring any unneccesary costs which can have a overall negative impact.
Also many people are unaware of changes in legislation therefore hiring a competant accountant will allow you to keep informed and make the correct decisions moving forward to help your personal/business wealth grow and reduce significant workload.

Customer Satisfaction... Simple as that! When a client is satisfied, only then the team at FinSol is satisfied.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During my studies, I worked for various accounting firms gaining valuable real world knowledge and experience. It was this invaluable experience I noticed the accounting sector lacks firms offering clients that something extra - Customer Service. It was here where I decided to start my own firm, where my sole focus was to not only provide the accounting services required by the client, but also provide a high level of service. This has lead to majority of my clients coming from word of mouth.

Due to government guidelines, FinSol Tax Advisors Ltd changed its operation to ensure safety for all without any compromise in service. We can still provide all our services to clients via over the phone or remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At FinSol we upgraded our infrastructure to allow all staff to work from home and receive phone calls direct from the client with a new phone system. This allowed us to continue operating at full capacity and still provide our clients with a high level service.
