James is an absolute superstar; I needed finishing touches to my room to make it feel more like home; he installed lighting amongst over jobs that needed doing;
I was surprised as he left is so clean and tidy; I haven't experienced this level of service when working with other companies there is usually muck left about, but not in this case.
James even brought me a Starbucks , which let me tell you I really appreciated after having worked a long and busy day; he really did exceed my expectations.
Over all James is a nice bloke, gets the job done to a high standard and goes the extra mile; would definite recommend.

No one had the time to help me, or if they did, they wanted to charge me a fortune. James very kindly offered to help me over the phone and when it was identified what the issue could be, he came out and did some fault finding and he fixed it! What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of the final product where everything is perfectly brought together and workinging beautifully. Can't beat leaving a job thinking "dam that looked good" ?
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw the passion of another businesses man I used to work for. There was something about creating your own destiny and delivering something to excellence that apealled to me.
Why should our clients choose you?
We turn up! haha the amount of time we hear of trades just not showing up to quotes or jobs and leaving the customer in the dark... literally sometimes! We have office staff that deal with all the quotes and bookings so the quotes fly out fast and the bookings are locked in so they don't move.

I don't mind helping out with fault finding on the phone. Helped many a person over the phone showing them how to restore power to their house for no cost.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If any staff has covid, they have to follow the goverment guidlines.
