What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting, and counselling is all about positive relationship and trust building. I love helping people change their lives for the better and arming them with knowledge and awareness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be authentic and found many organisations rigid in how they deliver support. So decided to be authentically me and deliver therapy in my own way.
Why should our clients choose you?
My only agenda is to help you out of the negative situation you’re in. I want you to be armed with awareness, knowledge and strategies to live a contented life.

I predominantly provide counselling on line as most people these days prefer not to travel.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working online reduces possible transmission of colds, flu etc

I have high success rates treating anxiety, depression, OCD and trauma.
I’ve worked extensively with eating disorders, such as comfort eating and obesity. Grief is another area in which I’ve helped people.
I have also undertaken training to provide therapy to neurodiverse clients, with both new and existing diagnoses.
