What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job in the Heating industry is customer satisfaction. To us the after sale is just as important as the initial sale. If we can explain the process of the job, make sure it is as convenient for our client as possible and maintain that relationship through our whole process then we are a happy company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Spending years helping to run a boiler installation company. It showed us the good and the bad and gave us inspiration to set up our own business while making sure that we didn’t fall into the same cycle that most heating companies fall victim to.
