I like to get a clear understanding of the aims and objectives to best guide the project, so typically there will be a brief questionnaire, an outline of the requirements then the design phase begings. Usually presenting different options which can be narrowed down to the chosen designs.

An idea of expectations, an understanding of their typical client, any likes or dislikes and a clear guideline as to what assets are required. This usually takes place via email and a simply questionnaire which gives a good overview of the business.

Creating new ideas and watching them come to life. As someone who is both creative and technical it is exciting to then be able to monitor the impact of any design work to give guidance to its effectiveness and which steps to take next. I love meeting different businesses and working with people who have a dream for their business - it is a privilege to be able to contribute to that journey.

After working for companies both big and small during the last 14 years it was clear that there are not many people who can offer businesses graphic design, web design and marketing skills. Often they are separated out but this incurs the cost of potentially employing three different people which sometimes isn't feasible for a new or expanding business and so I realised a niche existed!

Clients should choose Findesign because each project is undertaken as though it is my own business - nothing except perfection is accepted! Branding for a small or medium sized business is a big step and can be frightening as well as potentially costly. I am personable and always communicate clearly and openly with clients to help make the journey smooth and fun whilst reaching a great outcome.
